As a Los Angeles Native, Britney has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years. Working side by side with her father Marty Duran the head Broker of ‘Duran Duran Realty’ she has experienced buying, selling, remodeling, and managing homes in the Southern California areas her entire life. There is no obstacle she cannot handle, and if needed is backed by the best for a clean follow thru and close. Currently living in her prime farming location she specializes in Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Topanga, and Malibu areas. This is not to cut her short as she will go everywhere for her clients.

Britney, understands that being present for her clients means empowering them with the knowledge they need to make informed, confident decisions on what might be the most important transaction of their life, whether they are upgrading, downsizing, first-time buyers, veterans, or relocating. She has the communication skills and patience to ensure that everyone — clients and peers alike — are positioned for success.

When she’s not hard at work Britney likes to enjoy traveling, cooking, hiking, pottery, and beach days with her family and friends.
